😎 What You Will Do:

•Lead a team of Data Analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams for data-driven decision-making and supply chain enhancement.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL data pipelines from complex, high-volume, high dimensional data from varying sources.

• Develop and implement advanced data analytics techniques for actionable IoT insights, define and monitor KPIs to measure digital metric effectiveness, and ensure the accuracy and validity of complex datasets for crucial business decisions.

• Deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management on tracking device insights while supporting the Digital Transformation Director in offering actionable recommendations to the leadership team.

• Suggest and implement technology solutions to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and actively engage in project planning and management, defining scopes, timelines, and resource needs.

• Using statistical experiments to build and test hypotheses to identify patterns and behaviors in large datasets. Own the production and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.

• Work with big data frameworks and tools (Apache Spark) in the cloud to process and analyze large datasets efficiently.

• Continuously evaluate and enhance IoT solutions to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Propose and implement technology solutions to streamline workflows and increase productivity. • Establish and enforce data governance practices, including data quality checks and validation processes, to guarantee data accuracy, integrity, and security.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, translate them into data science projects, and implement machine learning, statistical models, and algorithms to address specific business issues.

• Effectively manage and interrogate complex data sets; assume responsibility for accuracy and validity of outputs through understanding the aim and purpose of digital projects.

• Accountable for validated location data to complete track and trace initiatives.
